Delivery

We aim to process your order within 3 working days of receipt and deliver within 7 working days. If your item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and be informed of the delay in sending out your order. If you have any delivery concerns, please email us: sales@keepembusy.co.uk and we will be happy to help.

All items are subject to availability.

All orders are sent to the supplied PayPal address, orders with unconfirmed addresses may take longer to dispatch.

Standard delivery charges are as follows:
£3.95 to UK mainland addresses via royal mail
£3.95 to UK Non-Mainland addresses via royal mail

£7.99 to UK mainland and UK Non-Mainland addresses via courier  
£10.00 to Europe

We only ship to UK addresses with a full postcode.

If you require an urgent delivery or have a special delivery request, please contact us before placing your order.

In the event of items being out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute items for similar products of an equivalent or greater value


Privacy Policy

You are free to browse the keepembusy.co.uk website without disclosing any personal information. If at any point you give us your information, either by ordering or signing up to a competition or newsletter, we will not make your email address available to any third parties. We may on occasions send you electronic mail informing you of special offers or new products, by supplying your details you are agreeing to receive such mail. You may remove your details from our mailing list at any time by emailing info@keepembusy.co.uk

We are commited to keeping your personal details safe and secure.

No payment details are sent to us here, meaning that PayPal hold all of your sensitive credit/debit card details using a very a high level of encryption and all sensitive information is automatically encrypted to protect our customers (the PayPal privacy policy can be viewed by clicking on the Privacy Policy tab at the checkout.)

Representation of Goods

Every effort is made to represent goods as accurately as possible.
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Every effort is made to describe goods accurately.


Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of an item being damaged or incorrectly sent, please contact us within 3 days of delivery - we will replace or refund goods but we will ask you to return the items to us first.
If you decide that you have ordered the wrong product or you have changed your mind, you have 7 days to contact us to request a refund/exchange and a further 7 days to return the goods to us. If you fail to return unwanted goods within the 14 day period or not in 'as received' condition, you may not receive a full refund or exchange. We do not refund delivery costs or the cost of returning items to us. Postage will not be refunded unless goods are faulty.
